I’m absolutely fed up with this place! I cried this morning because, for the fifth consecutive day, I have been without water for a shower. When there is water, the pressure is so low that it’s barely usable, and the sound it makes is unbearable. This situation is unacceptable, especially considering that I’m expected to pay $3,000 in rent. This needs to change!

Honestly all the latest review are true. The water pressure here is nonexistent. The management company blames the city but in the end we’re the ones without water. There’s a war over parking because there used to be assigned parking and now there’s not, so if you’re a new tenant you’re pretty much parking way in the back or not getting a spot. There’s also like over 50 apartments and only 4 washing machines and 4 dryer. It’s not enough and you have people that just leave their clothes in the machines all day.

Horrible management team. That office is a revolving door. There’s always water issue. Some days there isn’t any water for weeks. Management office don’t answer the phone and when they do they are rude!! As if we are disturbing their day by complaining about their terrible apartment. The apartments have mold, they paint over it to cover it. Maintenance does not respond right away. There is 2-4 days wait for them to respond. Most people move out after their lease is over. Horrible place to rent. They don’t have the tenants best interest. The parking is terrible as well. On their website it states “assign parking” but there’s no assign parking. If you get home late there won’t be any parking available.

Shit parking, barely nice apartments and never any water. Management is not responsive and not on site, it’s outsourced.

Lived here for 2 years. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIFE! MANAGEMENT CHANGED 3X'S SINCE WE MOVED IN. NO WATER PRESSURE FOR OVER 30 DAYS DURING THE SUMMER! MANAGEMENT HAD THE AUDACITY TO SEND ME A PRE-LEGAL ACTION EMAIL WHEN I HELD BACK RENT! BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE INSIDE AND OUT! NO ANSWER AT OFFICE OR "EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE ".
