Please think carefully before signing a lease here. If you are looking for a non-smoking property, this is not it. Although residents are required to sign a “Non-Smoking Addendum,” management does not consistently enforce it. I have submitted multiple complaints and even requested to be released from my lease early due to me being in remission from a major health issue, but my concerns have not been adequately addressed. At this point, it feels as though management would rather risk a lawsuit than take meaningful action to resolve these issues. Additionally, the garage door has remained broken for over three months. I had a great experience living here. The apartment was clean and I absolutely loved my balcony, it’s huge and perfect for relaxing. The environment is quiet and peaceful, and the building is always well maintained and clean. The leasing office staff are helpful and welcoming, especially Fatmata and Corey. It’s a wonderful place to live.

TERRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX. Please do yourselves a favor and lease somewhere else. Nonstop fire alarms. THIN WALLS!!!!!! Rude leasing office especially Kerri, she is very judgmental. Auto theft that they do not address properly and just overly priced for the amount of problems you run into. It was once a great place but I can’t wait for my lease to be up!

I would not recommend this apartment. The fire alarm keeps going off in the middle of the night for no reason, and it has become a regular issue. It’s extremely frustrating to be woken up repeatedly and not see any permanent fix. The situation has only been getting worse over time. Management does not seem to properly address or resolve the problem. Despite multiple disturbances, nothing meaningful has been done to fix it. For the price they charge, this place is very expensive and not worth it. You expect better maintenance and quicker resolutions when you are paying premium rent.

The place looks great for a death trap. I kept getting sick, losing hair, and experiencing trouble breathing. I noticed these issues started right after I moved in. I had both the water and air quality tested: the water was found to be harsh and undrinkable, and the air was filled with mold and bacteria. Had to resort to drinking and showering with bottled water. I reported this to the management office, but instead of addressing the issue, they acted as though they would rather face litigation than analyze or resolve it. They offered to let me out of my lease 30 days early. However, when I asked whether they planned to fix the problems before the next tenant moves in—so that person doesn’t suffer the same health issues—they completely ignored the question.
