Partridge Run Apartments

0 sense of urgency in addressing any tenant issues. Work orders are slow/delayed dramatically for simple tasks (not sure why). Our AC unit stopped pushing cold air coolant & needs replacing. We put in a request and called the 24hr line. The man who answered said “AC is not listed as an emergency repair for your unit. Which is surprising because usually AC and heat are the top priorities we deal with” I had to go out and purchase a $250 dollar window unit to keep our bedroom cool enough to sleep in. Early August and humidity is brutal in Ohio, and we have no aid from partridge run. They haven’t even sent out a temporary AC unit or update on when we will get a new one

The only AC unit in our apartment broke in the summer. I spoke with the emergency maintenance line on that Sunday who informed me that most apartments list a broken AC as an emergency, but that because Partridge run does not, they couldn’t come to service it. When they finally sent someone days later, he said we’d just need a new one. A week goes by so I called the complex and they were shocked that we haven’t gotten a temporary one. But they still haven’t followed up on fixing the problem. A week and a half later and we still don’t have any working AC in our entire apartment. In the middle of summer. Edit- June 30th 2025: I have spoken to three people and offered only the same “solutions”. Don’t understand why they’re commenting like they’re going to fix something. You reach out to me if you have a different solution because I keep hearing the same things. I have never felt motivated enough to leave a bad review for anyplace I’ve visited until now. We were living in a great spot in Shaker Heights but were looking to move for graduate school. Main goals: closer location and cost as low as possible. We toured the only unit available at the time for touring which was a 2 bed one bath. We were only told the difference is the bedroom count. It seemed to meet all of our needs so we signed the lease. The big misses: 1. The pictures we have of the 2 bed kitchen and living space is nothing

Good luck trying to get maintenance requests filled. For example, lived there for a year with only boiling hot water coming out of all the faucets. Office staff is rude and immature. Laundry room will be filled with frogs and water if it rains. Birds live inside of the rafters of the ceiling to the building causing panels to fall. I could go on...

ZERO STARS. Worst place ever. They will keep your deposit so don't worry about that because you will not get that back. Black mold all over my basement because my basement flooded overtime it rained. I was told the other apartments were worse so they were first. The guy didn't even see my flood. First week I moved in the water smelled like nasty chemicals. They sent over the same guy who said he didn't smell anything, no kidding he just got done smoking 3 packs of cigarettes.They own Linden Lane and Brighton Place. Odd Lease also..STAY AWAY
