Bridgewater Park Apartments

Very kind and helpful front office. The ladies in there helped me so much various times while living there. The maintenance took a while to respond, and parking is hit and miss, but otherwise a great place to live.

Very friendly management. But due to them working multiple locations. It's hard to get ahold of who you need to speak to. They wanted me to fill out applications ($55) just to veiw the apartment. Kind felt like they wanted me to buy it before I got to see it. I ended up finding a different place. They are refunding my application fees since they never filed them to begin with. so that is a big help. Only problem I have is the fact I had to pay that much just to veiw the apartment without knowing if I was even going to purchase it to begin with. I was not even shown a floor plan before they immediately asked for money upfront. I've never had to pay to get a showing of a place I could potentially live at. Besides that. it's a beautiful place. Original (living for 3 months here, I rated 3 stars): These apartments are great. One problem: Tennis courts were advertised (and still are), but what remains are only what once were courts. It looks like an earthquake hit them. There is a six foot fence bisecting the courts. They no longer are playable. Update (living for 1 year and 1 month): After living for a year and re-signing the lease, I have had no problems with the apartment themselves, and changed my review to 4 stars. THAT SAID, I'm still upset about the tennis courts, but they are now rebranded as a dog park? Nowhere online is this reflected (still says tennis courts are here). Overall they have a nice management crew there. Their maintenance team is very responsive and fast. Apartment buildings insulate sounds well. Clean and quiet place to live.

Units are fillllled with second hand smoke. BAD. Nicotine stains dripping into our unit via the vents. For non smokers who don’t think about these sort of things because they assume people will be more courteous than to chain smoke inside all day long be warned it is NOT safe for asthmatics or anyone who doesn’t enjoy second hand smoke all day and night.
