I recently had the pleasure of working with KW Chervenic Property Management as an out-of-state investor for a property I had in Cleveland, and I can’t say enough about how exceptional their service was. From start to finish, they made managing my property seamless and stress-free, despite being miles away. Their team was incredibly responsive, always addressing my questions and concerns promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. They made managing a property much easier than I expected. Their outstanding communication and dedicated team truly set them apart (I've had really bad experiences with others). I highly recommend KWPM to any investor, especially those managing properties from afar—they’re simply fantastic!

As a tenant, my experience with this property management company has been nothing short of excellent. Every person I’ve interacted with has been kind, responsive, and professional. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, it’s been addressed quickly and thoroughly. Special shoutout to Lorain—she is truly the BEST! Always so friendly, helpful, and a joy to speak with. I’m genuinely grateful for the team here and the support I’ve received during my time living at this property.

Do not hire this company to manage your property. They are at best indifferent and at worst completely incompetent. As an investor, they will lose you money. Every time I reached out to them, I had to send multiple emails, text messages, or voice mails before any one responded. Every time I reached out, it seemed like I had to speak to a different person, no one ever knew what was going on. Laurie Heidman, the property manager, was particularly terrible. Every time I asked her to do something there was an excuse for why it could not be done. Her emails to me "got lost" all the time. She could not inspect the properties or talk to the tenants because she got a flat tire, was sick, or had childcare issues. Regardless of the request, there was always an excuse as to why it could not be done

Where do I start with this company??? I started to deal with such unprofessional place of management a couple of months ago for my boss from New York City, the agent Laurie Heidman never returned our calls nor answered emails or messages, she had never went out to check the property nor listed any of the vacant places for lease. Everyone is a lair, unprofessional always claims how busy they are oh please your located in Ohio how busy can you be!!!!! There happy to take your money and never provide you with any documents to back up there work nor get the job done as they claim. They never collected rent on time from tenants.
