Parkwood Village

Nellie was absolutely the best! She was very professional. She was willing to wait on me after hours to complete the process due to the time I get off work. She is one of the nicest people I have known!

I moved into Parkwood village in April and Angelique, the property manager has been amazing. Not only is she professional but she is kind. Any questions or concerns I have had have been taken care of immediately. She also checks in just to make sure everything is ok. I can not say enough about her. I know any concerns or if I need anything I can trust that it will be taken care of right away and correctly. The first time. So from a very appreciative resident, Angelique, thank you so very much!

Been in Parkwood village since October everything was great until it wasn’t everything is unorganized, nobody answers emails or calls I have yet to pay January rent bc of no access to my account sent multiple emails stating that and things that were said to me getting my room weren’t documented so it’s falling back on me it’s to much and there’s no help ! Don’t recommend.

Moved In about a month ago. These apartments are well priced. They are not horrible and they are not great due to they are old apartments. Angelique is a straight no non sense type of manager, but is a sweet heart. Process was smooth for move in. The only issue I have is maintenance. He is the only one repairing and is responsible for 5 properties. So pack your patience if you need something done.

Great complex! If you’re looking for somewhere nice for your family I highly recommend! Super friendly staff, maintenance is very quick and on hands when needed & the neighborhood is quiet and safe !
