Just do not rent a unit from them. The apartment condition reeked of marijuana when we moved in, the bathroom was moldy, broken baseboards, etc, and guess what? They charged us for $400 when we checked out. I swear we left it spotless and MUCH MUCH better than we moved in. Called them just now asking for the details nicely and the customer service rudely ended my call…
This apartment was furnished with older amenities. However, they were in good working order. The apartment looked good.
Its under atwood properties so beware. Fines after fines but when you call for maintainence work, they take months. Its true for all atwood properties.
The drive in winter can get hard
