Good apartments for the price. Not the best area and it has had its problems over the past couple years, BUT THE NEW MANAGER is absolutely turning things around. We struggled for years with the laundry room in our building staying locked up and managed after hours. Within a month of the new manager there was an electronic passcode lock fixing so many issues easily. In the past month or so there has been so much more maintenance and workers around doing necessary upkeep it seems like. Seems like Christa is doing everything she can to turn this place around.
I love my apartment! Parkview Apartments was the right choice for me. I am close to my Doctors, and my apartment is close to the 57 TriMet bus line . Everything is so convenient. My apartment manager has immediately answered any requests that I had and answered questions that I had Thank you Parkview Kim C

Viví ahí casi 5 años y todo bien dentro de lo q cabe Espeto por las manager q están cambiando constantemente y mandan algunas no muy amables y un poco resistas para con los hispanos q no hablamos inglés
