Parkside Place Apartments

I've lived here for almost 4 years. In my 1 BR, upstairs, I didn't have any issues. I got in with not very good rental history, but I had a steady good paying job. I moved on the opposite part of the complex into a 2 BR downstairs. I've had a few issues with roaches but it's hard to get rid of them if the rest of the building tenants aren't clean. I wouldn't know the way they live though. Maintenance usually comes out the next day and fixes the lights, AC, and bathroom. They don't always clean up their mess, but at least my things get fixed. All bills paid. My ex expected more and hated this place, but I find it decent

Was a very easy process to move in I'm 18 I moved all by myself and lesley helped me every step of the way norma even made my cat feel welcomed

Love these apartments. Norma has been very nice and helpful. I greatly appreciate the turkey that was given to me. So happy for it.
