Very difficult to find parking here. Its basically first come, last screwed. Lease says 1 car per apartment, yet there are people living here with multiple cars on the property, and there are people with cars that never move their cars. If you are an active person still working, the later you get home, the harder it is to find parking.
I've lived for 16 years now and it's for people 55 and older.
