I've been living here for 7 years. Before, I had a lot of maintenance problems in my apartment. They never solved them. But now that the new manager and the new maintenance people came in, my apartment is super good. Any problem that comes up, Yasmin solves it quickly. I'm very happy to live here. It's a quiet community. Bus stops less than a minute away. Incredible schools and shops nearby.

Parkridge Gardens, Herndon VA have the best property management and maintenance services. We have lived on this property for many years and we continue to be pleased with our community.

New manager Yasmin has been such a great addition! She is responsive, attentive, and remembers details about you and your apartment. She also works closely with maintenance to get repairs done asap. If I ever have a question or issue she is always available to ask, would recommend touring the place with her!

I just moved in today. The unit preparation by the leasing office was perfect. Community Manager, Yasmin Avila, was so professional and very kind. The community was very clean and well maintained.

Corporate will be quick to take you to court but won’t be quick to mark anything satisfied once they get their money. Me and my child are now homeless been reaching to them for over a month stating this was harboring us for getting approved. Considering it shows it was paid in full because they was quick to send me a payoff letter but I told them they have to mark satisfied to the court they’ve now tried to take months and months to respond they won’t answer the phones or emails. Do not recommend
