Parklane Apartments

I moved in last month, the ladies in the office were so helpful when I was filling out the application and guided me through the process. I love my apartment. The maintenance guys have done an awesome job on fixing my request right away. Thank you guys!

Okay I had a review up here for when I first applied now that I live here I really feel like with all the field it should be a bigger park on the grounds for kids in both fields i wish I had more closet space I have an issue with the bugs coming from other people apartments I’ve only been here for 5month now aunts and other little outside bugs I under stand it because of the summer I hate that I can’t really sit on my balcony because of the bees I hate hate hate that NONE of the laundry rooms work !!! And we paying rent I don’t think it’s right that we the residents have to call the company to get them fixed ourselves I’m from nj and I never in my life heard of anything like that and the PARKINGGGGG is ridiculous at night coming home from work I would love to have a place to park in the fr

There has been a shooting and stealing of property. One of resident had her property stolen from her apartment. She even called the police and was knocking on doors asking if anyone had seen anything. Anahilda the leasing consultant, is very unprofessional. One of the families was evicted, and she shared that information, which is not okay. You shouldn’t be telling other residents who is getting evicted.Yes the place is infected with roaches

I moved in about it a year ago and I love my place in love with my kitchen and the amount of storage I have! The ladies at the office were so sweet and help me with my application and my move in process making it way easier and no stress for me. Parklane just keeps getting better and better!

I want to take the time to Say thank You to the office staff Anahilda forntaling care of usbwith such Grace and kindness. I AM so happy to be part of this community as a resident.
