Park Western Estates Apartment Homes

With all the recent changes going on with these apartments (not estates), I decided to randomly Google them. And in doing so, I happen to notice the negative reviews and am quite amused. It sounds as if some of the residents here are unhappy disgruntled residents that can’t handle change and should move. It’s pretty obvious from the two back-to-back negative reviews left 2 months ago, as well as the two back-to-back reviews left 2 days ago, that someone is trying to get someone fired. That’s pretty petty if you ask me. But I guess that comes with the territory of us living in a low-income area. It pays to read and do your research, because 3 out of those 4 people who left negative feedback, left feedback for no other businesses other than Park Western Estates. Anyways, I've been a t

We have notified maintenance and management about mold issues in our apartment. It’s been over 4 months and maintenance has not showed up. The first time they came was a year ago and all they did was “paint” over the mold.

I would not recommend for anyone to live here. The property management is unhelpful and the complex is horrible. My family has lived her for 10 years and in the last 6 months, the complex has gone down the tubes. It's ridiculous the amount of things going on in this complex: constant construction, laundry facilities closed without notice, and in one instance utilities shut off without proper 24 hour notice.

Infested with roaches. As soon as I moved in the bugs started to come out from every where. The management is no good very cheap. I don't Recommend no one to live at these apartments...

Management is very horrible, especially the current manager, Linda, very rude and unprofessional, both herself and her assistant , I called to inquire about the place and all I got was attitude
