Park Tower Apartments

Very little to complain about here. From what I understand, the previous owners of this complex left a lot to be desired for the residents who were around at the time - I think this is where many of the negative reviews online stem from. As a new resident, however, I've been very impressed with the quality of living. My unit was in great shape upon moving in and has shown no notable signs of oversight or shoddy development. The on-site maintenance service has been quick to respond to any issues. Mary, the property manager, is very diligent and makes an effort to get to know her tenants. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. The building is also a brief walk from the bustling 4th Street, which has been a major perk as well. Leasing office is always closed. I have emailed and entered maintenance requests more than once into their portal and no response. I have called Luis and Sal more than once and still no response. This is a very horrible place to live in. There's always noise after 10pm during the week, there's kids running around making noise. When you call the leasing office there's no answer. I regret so bad moving here. I have emailed the manager about extra parking for rent and no answer. I have had more than 4 tickets ($300) since I moved here, for parking outside on the street. They should at least provide with extra parking here. I advise people not to rent here. Also the lease rent says one price and when you pay on their portal it has a different rental amount. very unprofessional people here. Wor

I wanted to share our personal experiences wife and I had living at Parktower Apartments! All I can say is our experience is very positive. We loved the privacy and that the front entrance requires a code. Maintenance team was always making sure the community is well maintained, if we had an issue they would respond right away. Luis the Manager for the community is the best manager one can ask for he was attentive and always greeted us by name. You can tell someone cares by how you are greeted and how attentive they are. Luis has been the best thing that has happened to Parktower, he really cares in making the community safe and comfortable! We highly recommend Parktower! The location is great because it’s close to stores, mall and places to eat so great location! -Ulysess

Park Tower Apartments in Santa Ana is an ideal living choice! Modern amenities, responsive management, and a convenient location. A comfortable and well-maintained place to call home. 🏢🏠👍

So terrible here I’m a renter and the leasing office always closed…always dirty and a lot of homeless people there’s always a lot of weirdos looking around trying to see what door are opened worst place to live on my perspective like I can’t even connect Wi-Fi cause the maintenance is never here either everything terrible
