Park Station Apartments

I have been living here for over half a year and they are great! I have accidentally locked myself out a couple of times and their maintenance team has help me within 15 mins. Any maintenance request has been successfully fix within a day or two. Leasing office consultants and manager are super pet friendly with my 2 year old Canelo and the leasing office is now part of our daily stop for treats and pets. Extremely pleased with this team and will be leasing with them next year!

I have lived at Park Station for more than 3 years. This place has friendly neighbors and great office and maintenance staff. The staff always greet my dog and I even get a few treats for my pupper when we both visit the office. Most of my neighbors enjoy meeting my pup as well and I enjoy seeing their pups around the community. I also love that this community is so pet-friendly that they have poop bag stations all over the community that are kept stocked and the trash receptacles are also regularly emptied. Both I and my dog enjoy living here.

Park station is a great place to live! The leasing office is very helpful when you need something. I’ve been here for 3 years and I haven’t had an issue! The maintenance team is great and very responsive they keep everything running smoothly

We have been here for 3 years and never had an issue with anything. No problems with office taking my calls, returning my calls. We never have an issues with ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUE. Sam - maintenance manager is awesome and never had any problems when I call and any of the guys. Arron- in office she is very good even when I was the one who was being rude and impossible to deal with she keep her composure and I brought her flowers to say sorry. Anthony- he’s the best and always returns. Iman assistant manager he is very understandable and he even gets the packages that aren’t in lockers and emails tenant to retrieve. Also I have seen several neighbors litter and throw things where they don’t belong. You also have people who break the entry gate so it’s not just Park Station it’s the neighbor

I went to apply for an apartment. I misplaced my social. The young lady that sits in the desk straight ahead from the office entrance is very rude. The property manager has excellent management skills. His assistant property manager started talking about my debt and credit in front of everybody there that was very unprofessional disclosing my personal information in the main common area of the office that is private information. His job was to tell me if I got approved or not not going through my credit report and this closing it in front of the whole office
