Park Royal Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment so far. The place is well-maintained, and peaceful. The management team is reliable and responsive, and I especially want to appreciate Jessica, the property manager - she’s been incredibly helpful throughout my move-in process and continues to be supportive whenever I need anything. Overall, the environment is calm, the community feels safe, and I’m really enjoying my stay here. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment!

The situation has deteriorated significantly, and I believe immediate action is necessary to maintain a livable and safe environment for all tenants. Over the past several months, I have noticed a severe decline in the cleanliness and regulation of the property. There are various issues that need urgent attention: 1. Garbage and Debris: There is an increasing amount of trash scattered around the complex, including beer cans, litter, and other waste. The trash area is often overflowing, and garbage is left unattended, contributing to an unsightly and unsanitary environment. 2. Cigarette Butts: Cig

This complex is pretty solid. It’s in a very nice location and you can easily walk to Burlingame and the Caltrain. I’m giving it 4 stars solely for the price. For this price you’d expect more amenities, but that’s how the Bay Area is. Otherwise very solid complex. The property manager Jessica is very helpful and sweet. She’ll help you through everything.

Unprofessional, stands up on apartment tour and then denies that it was ever scheduled. Seems common based of previous reviews. Don’t waste your time!

Didn't even need to look inside. Had an appointment for noon, and the leasing agent Greg shows up 20 minutes late without an explanation or apology. (Which I now know is normal, after reading the other reviews.) No email, phone, or text communication to let us know he'll be running late. Just asks us to wait a minute in the lobby and leaves the office with another client. No responsibility or respect. If this is the first impression they choose to show, then I doubt the living experience will be any different. Please respect yourself and find somewhere else to live.
