Park Plaza II

Thanks for the cozy place, it was look like at home. It is a clean, warm in a winter and light apartments. But if you stay at room under the door of the underground parking it is a little bit noisy from 3 am. And washing machines and dryers inside each apartment.

I lived at Park Plaza 2 for nearly two years, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better first apartment experience. Moving from Virginia to Alaska was a huge transition, and I had no idea what to expect but LeaAnna made everything so smooth. I arrived at 3am on a Sunday without even doing an in-person tour, and she made sure everything was ready for me. That level of care meant the world to me as a young adult starting in a new state across the world. The community is very military and family friendly, and the management and maintenance teams are both amazing, quick, respectful, and genuinely helpful. Just wanted to take a second to Praise the employees here. Next month will make a year that I have lived here. I feel I have personal connections with everyone here. They all know my husband and me on first name basis. Every day after work I go to the lobby to check my Mail and get some candy at the office, and I am always greeted with a daily chat session with the girls. Anytime I’ve ever needed ANYTHING, the girls and Eddie are eager to help in a split second. I never leave the lobby without a laugh or smile from Eddie and the girls. Sometimes I think that I nag them too much but they never make me feel that way! I just love these people! They’re what keeps me here!

Park Plaza 2 rocks! Eddie is an AMAZING landlord and does not put up with BS. Any issue I have experienced or seen he IMMEDIATELY fixes it. He is a hard worker and makes this place run! This is definitely the best apartment I’ve ever lived in.

Park Plaza 2 nothing but amanzing, ERICA help with anything and everything she can help with, shes a great manager to the building always there when you need her! maintenance staff are always on top of things our new manager whos name slips my mind is nice ! we need more people in the world like the PARK PLAZA TEAM the energy even on a sad day is amanzing, i love passing by the office just to say hi.
