Park Plaza Apartments

The maintenance guys are great! They came quickly nd fixed the toilet with no further problems. The automated request for maintenance is not as easy. It was much easier the old way on the residents portal.

✨ Park Plaza Apartments is such a great place to live! Jose the maintenance guy is super helpful ☺️ It’s always clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming. The management team is friendly and responsive, which really makes a difference. Plus, the location is super convenient while still feeling peaceful. I’m really happy to call this place home 🏡💛 I highly recommend this place!

They spend money on the outside of the building and landscaping . The gates never work there's homeless in and out of the property. We've been there going on 11 years we still have the same floor we still have the same carpet. For as much money as we pay for rent things should be upgraded better security gates should be working and homeless should not be on the property.

living situation is nice. amenities are alright. but parking is an issue. i’ve been waiting for months for my own spot. it’s hard not to consider moving when i’ve continually gone in for updates to be told spots are being held for new residents then seeing employees park in them everyday.

Janet pina is amazing she is very attentive. Super helpful. She has answered all of my questions she made my move-in process, smooth and easy. I’m super happy to have chosen Park Plaza as my space to live..
