Park Place Apartments

I was grateful to have the place that we did but unfortunately found that they aren’t fully honest. I have always gotten my damage deposit in full and while their welcome package says “unless found damages you may be required to pay”. They don’t indicate that straight off the bat they take a cleaning charge immediately off the damage deposit regardless if they find it damaged or not. When I asked where it was in the package (the page #- they couldn’t tell me). This is fine if they were just upfront about it- but I couldn’t find it anywhere in the paperwork and I have pics to prove I’ve left it in great condition. They even admitted we were great tenants but it is their policy to charge a cleaning and take it off the DD. Also, they don’t do a final walk through so you can see what are

I have been living at park place since August and so far it has been great! We had some issues with our AC and electricity but with a quick call and work request it was all resolved within a few days. They are very efficient and always answer the phone which is so nice. Apartments are up to date and they are constantly updating and cleaning the complex.

Office was responsive, polite, and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Loved that they repainted the building for a modern look. Pools were nice and clean, maintenance was tentative to the property. -2 for unreliable laundry machines, location being at the corner of two busy streets, and lack of privacy. Did not feel safe at times but appreciated security patrolling the area (had two of my bikes stolen and a plant :/) Parking is limited and would flood when it rained.

They are one of the most nicest and cleanest places ever! The maintenance is always there right away and makes sure to get done with what you needed the help with the repairs you need done! Management is the best both Kristan and Mariah are the sweetest ladies ever! Everyone there helps out with one another! I 100% recommend contacting here if you need a place to live in!

Have been at Park Place for a year and a half now! We love it here. My family and I feel safe and comfortable. If there is an issue, maintenance will take care of it within a timely manner. The grounds are also clean and location is great!
