Park Place Apartments

It's a good place to start out at if you're just looking for someplace cheap for rent but a good place to live. They keep up with everything they do regular inspections they take care of their business

Worst apartments to live in for sure! Maintenance sucks they don’t fix anything. Don’t live here for sure know why they only have a 3.3 stars they suck!

I rented from Park Place apartments approximately 8 yrs ago when it was under a different manager and management company. The prior management released me from my lease approximately 3 months early without any penalties due to my father's sickness and the need for an in home caregiver. My problem is the fact, had I known I been sued by this new management company(never received any court paperwork) and that my wages would just now be garnished, I would of sublet my apartment that many years ago. However, I was told the waiting list was long and that my apartment would be occupied within a week of my departure as I left it in pristine condition. Thanks to Princeton Management my credit is now going to be lowered drastically, my good standing is questioned, and my ability to rent elsewhere,

This has been a wonderful place to live. I moved in 2 years ago, intending it as a temporary residence but now plan to stay until this old body can't handle steps anymore! Office & maintenance staff are friendly, competent, and very responsive. My building (O) has a delightful array of residents, ranging from students to young families to middle aged couples to older folks like me. All seem to relate well to each other---our own mini-neighborhood. Cost is very reasonable when you factor in that all utilities except phone and cable are included. It is an older building and doesn't have all the amenities of some of the newer places so if you are looking for those, this won't be the place for you. But if you are looking for a friendly, reasonably priced place with very responsive management

Do NOT be fooled by the pictures they post. If you like people that discriminate against renting to people with diagnosed mental disabilities, and when you have legitimate complaints, they do nothing. . . Then Park Place CMU is for you! Then when you complain about them doing nothing, they will call you “disrespectful” and label you that “crazy” person that always complains (of course, they will NEVER tell you that to your face, but you know what is going on). . . Then Park Place CMU is for you! If you like a place that makes you feel like you could get in trouble if your apartment does not pass their farce of a housing “inspection” as their “housing” inspection is a person that presses two smoke alarm buttons, turns on the bathroom fan then leaves, but DOES NOT inspect that anything
