Very happy with our experience with Park Model Homes. We took the trip to Spokane and met with Joey who was exceptional. He walked us through our purchase with patients and was very knowledgeable of all the options. We had the trailer delivered to WA. The delivery driver Charles was great maneuvered the truck and trailer perfectly into a tight spot. Once the trailer was delivered and set Chris came and worked out any deficiencies and did a great job. Highly recommend shopping for a park model with this team!

My wife and I have had an amazing experience with a salesman who is more than an a salesman. He’s knowledgeable about his home’s. He has a sense of humor beyond his years. He’s very relational and courteous. He helped my wife and I build our summer home. Thank you Brandon Smith. Our new home has arrived. It is in perfect condition. Very well constructed. We have found no problems at all. I highly recommend Brandon Smith and his team. Very thorough and prompt to respond to questions. Well done Brandon.

I can’t say enough about how great Joey was to work with during the process of getting our new park model. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. When I decided I wanted to change the bathroom out for a different one.. he phoned the factory right then and there to make sure that it was possible. As with anything.. new home, new car, or new shoes there were a few minor quirks after delivery, which by the way due to COVID-19 we thought we were going to have to wait a lot longer for delivery, the items were addressed by the Park Model Homes team. I would recommend this group for sure and have to many, and I would absolutely buy from them again!

Joey Nelson at Park Model Homes was great to work with. The delivery was on time, the Kropf park model quality was very good and the service was exceptional.

Brandon Smith did a fantastic job helping me through the order process. Due to tight driveway for getting RV to ultimate location, Brandon drove up to the property and helped measure. In addition, he was always patient with all of my questions and provided prompt responses. Working on the color scheme, he was extremely helpful in providing good suggestions, listening to what I thought I wanted and finding a great solution. Very excited to see the RV after it is built.
