Park Meadows Apartments

I have lived here for over 10 years and there is such a great sense of community in this complex. Everyone looks out for each other. Units rarely become available, but if they do I would definitely recommend living here. There are often issues with the water going out, but they are typically resolved promptly and the manager Carmen is always communicating with residents via text. The only downside I would say is that many units are difficult to access if you have mobility issues. My unit requires me to enter down a few steps or to use a small narrow gutter to access. There are also loud cars that test their engines on Frontera Street at night, but this is not the fault of management, just a downside to living on a frontage road. I’ve lived here for 3 years and this was the perfect little apartment for my husband and I. Carmen who was the Landlady, had to be the best landlord I’ve ever had! We had issues with electrical in the beginning, she fixed it. As I was leaving for work our door handle came off and she was able to fix it super quickly that way I was able to leave for work. We had this weird plant in our patio (we were a downstairs unit) and we wanted to remove it because we didn’t have enough room in our patio, she was able to get it removed! We even referred and got my younger sister living next door to us. Just an amazing apartment complex!

If you’re a delivery driver DONT go through the gates you will end up stuck as you need a key card to get back out the gate!

Great management that keeps community clean, orderly , and festive during the holidays . Really appreciate when repairs are needed , management is quick to resolve issue .
