Park Manor Apartments

I'm usually not one to complain, but anyone interested in these apartments need to know what they're signing up for. All of these issues are with a "newly renovated" unit. Cons: -You will not have water more than luke warm. -If you open your windows on a nice day you will have your neighbors cigarette smoke blowing inside your unit. -Gaps in the doorway and around the in-wall AC unit let in vast amounts of cold air/breeze in the fall/winter and a large amount of spiders and flies in the summer. -Poor insulation. In the summer on the second floor you will come home to an indoor temp in the 90s with an in wall AC unit that takes hours to cool the small space. Pros: location. These units are not worth anywhere close to the $1,700 theyre listed for.

Nice apartments that are renovated and not too expensive plus off street parking
