Ryan Homes at Arbours at Morgan Creek - a Legacy Community

A couple of contractors have posted comments about the workmanship of the homes in this community. There were two builders who constructed the homes, one being Ryan Homes who built the newer models after the first developer went bankrupt during the recession. The homes are constructed differently (inside and out). I have friends in the home construction business who tell me that all houses built in quantity suffer craftmanship. Potential buyers of ANY home should hire a trustworthy home inspector. A couple of the posts are misleading, in my humble opinion. Some of the current homeowners are realtors. (That should tell you something.) The area is quiet, and the people who live here are very friendly.

I'm sharing this review as a contractor, the craftsmanship and materials are poor. The customer service will not accept any work orders after one year so inspect everything closely and quickly.

I do allot of work in here for customers who have closed on their homes already. All I hear about are problems with the builder. HOWEVER, very very friendly neighborhood
