While it is a great community for young couples and people of any age, the current HOA board, which is entirely comprised of community members, is extremely stubborn and is imposing illogical rules on its residents. Speaking from my personal experience, I was provided with multiple unsolicited alternatives to avoid installing solar panels on my front roof, but not a single reason as to why they cannot be installed on the front roof, despite of sending multiple emails requesting this reason. In addition to this, I was curtly informed by one of the board members to not use personal email ID to correspond with them without providing any alternative means of communication.

Whereas Toll Brothers prides itself with being America's luxury homebuilder, there is absolutely nothing about these homes that exudes luxury. The homes are boxy, the lots and spacing between the homes are cramped, and the yards are virtually non-existent. When this community started in 2018, the lowest-priced model, the Stallings, started at $342,995, and the largest model, the Merion, started at $413,995. Now the same models go for $428,995 and $503,995, respectively. This price difference is by no means justified; it is just the pandemic that is driving prices crazy high and Toll Brothers taking advantage of the crazy-low interest rates, so I would wait to purchase a home. It makes no sense to spend $600,000+ (with upgrades) on a Merion, for example, when your neighbors spent $500,
