The people who run the leasing are very shady. I leased with them August 2024-2025 and they automatically renewed our lease with no warning besides an email saying that a renewal offer was “coming our way.” It was posted in the portal & then automatically renewed with no notice. We promptly let them know we were not renewing and then turned in our keys on July 31st 2025. We are still dealing with them trying to collect rent for half of August 2025 and not a single person has responded to our multiple emails. We only receive communication through mail of them sending our balance to collections. No one will talk to us. Do not get in a lease with these people.

I have lived at Quakertown West Apartments for over 10 years, and I can honestly say this community has never looked or operated better than it does right now under Morgan Properties’ management. Since the new management took over, the improvements have been immediate and impressive. The apartment complex is being beautifully updated with brand-new carpeting throughout, fresh paint, and noticeable upgrades that truly show pride of ownership. You can tell Morgan Properties is genuinely invested in making this a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to live. The maintenance team deserves special recognition. Too expensive. I have several contractors in my apartment in 1 month doing "improvements". Rent does not include gas, water, sewer, trash and the cost of water and gas for your apartment is calculated by square footage and numbers of occupants, even if you are on vacation (so you pay for your neighbor water and gas) and for the trash that is dump to our dumpster from the nearby townhomes. Morgan makes you pay for the Internet of their choice (Verizon) and it is expensive. My landline went up significantly because it is a bundle with the Verizon Internet that Morgan has. The craziest thing is that the heat was ON throughout the whole summer of 2025; as soon as the outside temperature went down to 61F the radiators were warm, and we do not have thermostat inside the apartments to shut it dow

I'm sending my complaining I had been resident living in this apartment since 2018 everything was great but last nine months owner and manager there is a corruption charging people nothing they have bad system payment. I give them in December 2025 I'll be out for February I dropped the key and everything related to apartment on January 31/2026 Later I received bill $530 for 5 February 2026 even I wasn't in apartment or the area

I have seriously enjoyed my experience here. The office team was friendly and wanted to help me get moved in even on a short timeline.
