Jaime was so sweet and very professional. She walked us and drove us in the golf cart to different locations to make sure we were satisfied. She answered all our questions and left us feeling welcomed.

I’ve lived at Park Grossmont for five years and really like it. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the maintenance staff is exceptional. Requests are answered in an extremely fast fashion and they’re always very thorough. I love when JJ knocks on my door, he’s always ready to help. Office staff has changed a lot since I’ve been here, and they’ve always been pretty difficult to communicate with, but overall it’s nothing majorly crazy. Overall, it’s a really cozy place to call home.

Our heater went out unexpectedly, and the maintenance team responded quickly. It was a difficult job, but JJ saw it through with dedication and ensured everything was done right. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Exceptional service—efficient, and helpful. I’m very happy with the end result.

I’ve loved living here and how well taken care of the property is. The maintenance team is great and the office team is too. It’s a safe, quiet neighborhood. If I ever need anything taken care of around the apartment, my maintenance request is responded to quickly and the issue is resolved, big or small
