Park Drive Manor

I currently live in park drive 2 and I don’t ever write reviews but I think that Recognition is due to a new manager for park drive 2. Now management has always been terrible and rood here and I’ve seen enough of them been here most of my life. Her name is cinnamon and she currently is management for park drive 2 and she has been so nice and respectful. She listens and tries to help u the best way she can. She has been a change for park drive for sure and a positive one at that. She don’t judge or look down on u for living here like the rest of the management in that office. Ur not just another tenant. She is cheerful and positive and is a breathe of fresh air to myself and a lot of other tenants here. I hope she stays and continues to impress us with her ability to understand and help her

I called Park drive to find out where I was on the wait and list I spoke to a lady her name was Cinnamon she was very pleasant on the phone and explained how the wait list worked..This world needs more people like Cinnamon.. professional..pleasant..willing to meet your goals and help meet your needs

I love this place it's a nice place to live the people in the office are nice and sweet anytime I need something fixed they're here to fix it

Breathing here, you get a violation, living here, you get a violation, being a person, you get a violation. Let me also clarify with the being a person, you get one. When they do their inspections on you every several months, your house is to look like it's on the realtors website of homes they're trying to sell because if it even looks like a person lives there, you get a violation for "a messy apartment" If your kids are simply being kids with CHALK of all things, you get a violation. You pretty much get a violation just for existing here.

Dina the property manager was very rude and unprofessional over the phone with me! When I tried to ask if I could talk to someone above her she said in a snotty voice "Well I am the property manager so you'd have to talk to me". As we began talking on the phone more she got very condescending and even hung up on me and tried to say the call got disconnected. If it got disconnected you'd think she'd try to call me back but I was the one that had to call her back. Of course I'd be irritated with her after that. It's not so much what she said but how she talked to me! I don't know how people like her manage properties with lousy attitudes. Awful representation of the company! I reported her to the regional manager immediately!
