Let me tell you! The manager Tatrice is truly a blessing☺️ She's attentive, professional and always so nice. She's never too busy to help you. The property is always clean and there's even a security guard at night. I have a 3/2 and it's Soo spacious. My daughter roller blades thru the house 🤣I can't wait til summer so we can splish splash in the pool.

I just wanna personally wish a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to the staff at Park at Mount Zion. They are by far the most caring , understanding, and helpful community I’ve ever had the pleasure of renting from. If your looking for a safe affordable beautiful place to call home don’t hesitate!!!!

Current (Updated ⭐️⭐️⭐️) I don’t know what management did but the noise and garbages has left the unit, I’ve had a month of peace so I’ve decided to give an update. I added 2 stars for the improvements on noise and cleanliness level. Previously ( One ⭐️) Property? Let’s talk about garbage from kids who don’t even reside in the unit….I cannot make this up. Noise, Neighbors are very inconsiderate when it comes to noise levels kids are out from 10 AM to 8 PM then adults from then till four to 5 o’clock in the morning. I spoke to management and the noise decreased for a few days, thanks to them…. however, it’s back to square one. Please DO NOT MOVE here. If I could give it zero stars I would. The walls are paper thin. You can hear neighbors TV, people arguing, people playing their music. When I first moved here, my building was peaceful but now it’s a nightmare. I have made several complaints about my neighbors for loud music, excessive noise, arguing, screaming and yet nothing has been done. It continues. All they do is sit in the leasing office and never answer the phone. You literally have to make time, despite working during the day, to go in the office and make a complaint. And when you do, they seem to not care. They will act like they’re concerned and tell you they will get right on it but they will not. I’ve been living here for a little over a year and a half now and I’ve had no issues. When I send in a work order it’s taken care of. Also. I love the prompt assistance I receive when I go to the front office. I’m always greeted with a smile from everyone there. Special shout out to Tatrice Davis because she’s on point and knows her tenants, well at least Me 😊
