Park at Aviano

I toured The Park at Aviano and had such a great experience. Stephanie helped me and she was amazing! She really listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable the whole time. She explained everything clearly and you can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right fit. The property was beautiful and well kept, but what stood out the most was the service. Highly recommend! When we first moved in, we noticed a few issues left behind by the previous tenant that required repair. At the time, this made us a bit skeptical about our decision to move into these apartments. However, since living here, Stephanie in the leasing office has been incredibly attentive to our concerns. Every issue we’ve raised has been promptly acknowledged and resolved. Martin and Alexis, along with the rest of the maintenance team, have been extremely professional, ensuring that any repairs or maintenance needs in our apartment are handled quickly and thoroughly.

We just recently moved in to these apartments. So far loving the community, everyone keeps to themselves but they’re still kind. Stephanie has been so helpful and works hard to make sure tenants are well taken care of. The apartments are a work in progress but the men who work for maintenance make sure that any issues get handled quickly and pricing is more than affordable which is amazing considering how expensive things are nowadays.

Taniyah was such a huge help! She was super friendly, patient, and made the whole process of touring and choosing a unit so easy. She answered all my questions and really went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect place. Highly recommend working with her!
