I want to take a moment and thank the staff of the Park Irvine Apts for their outstanding service whenever I needed it. Special shout-out to Tushan, Ernesto, Bryan & Roman for the support and timely response to my requests. Keep up the good work and remember it's the people that count who make your stay livable and comfortable.

A very well maintained complex. The management is great and helpful. It's in a very good location being next to the District shopping center.

Very nice area close to a lot of shopping centers Also very quiet and well maintained… Tashoon and Ernesto are very friendly and willing to help with any questions or issues .

Lived here for a year, very peaceful and close to a lot of restaurants and shopping stores. Pool was heated year round.

After living here for five years, the management decided to withhold our $ 2700 deposit for carpet, paint, and flooring changes they deemed necessary after such a long rental period. This seems entirely unfair and unethical. The cleanliness in common areas, especially the barbecue areas, is deplorable. The persistent smell of urine is both constant and highly unpleasant. Additionally, I have noticed the presence of rats throughout all the gardens, which is unacceptable in any residential community. The elevators are another ongoing issue. They frequently go out of service for extended periods, causing significant inconvenience for residents, especially those living
