Park Apartments - FML Management

Management has changed several times since we've been here. Maintenance has gotten better but it’s still just one man so if anything actually gets fixed it’s just band aids or never fixed at all. Overall great area, close proximity to many amenities but management is what hinders tenants. Gym was never put back in place after covid it’s a storage closet for broken parts, pool still doesn’t stay cleaned for more than a day or two or and we had repeated break ins to more than 10 vehicles and management did nothing about it didn’t file a report give a notice to tenant or even replace a light bulb where they were purposely removed. Now they’ve painted all the doors and car ports a different color to make the property look more appeasing (and to justify raising rent they think we don’t know th

Honestly this place doesn't deserve any stars But considering the location thats about it. Management - horrible Maintenance- horrible Parking - horrible Apartments- outdated and horrible Plus you'll have All sorts of bugs, Spiders AND RATS! You have a better chance and better homes in Desert hot springs

So many issues with the apartment. Half the outlet don't work and office staff is constantly changing. Recent Fires due to poor maintenance. Appliances need to be updated. Rent increase with no change. Appliances ~ old and rotate from unit to unit Parking ~ if you value your car or paint job … don’t park inside. Cars get broken into.gate broken for years no security cameras Mail ~ mailboxes are broken into Gym has been closed before Covid Pool ~ is often shutdown with electric shook warning Packages ~ get stolen No privacy. so you can see into people’s bedrooms Vacancies because of floods and water damage/ black mold. Units stay empty for up to 9 months + The sprinkler system in apartments are outdated and expired. Fire department check them. No fire extinguishers outside. No fir

The only good thing about this complex is the proximity to 1 restaurant. There is nothing else good. They don't keep up on the repairs or issues. They don't keep up on the landscaping. It is not gated, as they show. The gym is lousy at best, most of the machines don't even work. The pools are not heated, nor are they often kept clean. The hot tubs rarely work correctly. The interiors of the units, are so-so at best, some are kinda updated and others are not. It took us 3 years to get a new counter top in the bathroom, and 3 1/2 years to get them to replace the stick on tile that was pulling up throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. We moved out 4 years after we moved in and they still hadn't fixed a hole near the shower where it leaked 6 months after we moved in. They couldn't even fix the

*Warning* This Apartment Complex claims to be luxury apartments, but I can assure you they are not! More like glorified projects! Do not waste your time moving here. This apartment complex although in a nice area and very quiet, is so poorly managed and extremely dated and grungy on the inside. The water comes out white and the bathrooms were very dirty upon move in, as well as closet doors hanging off hinges and many other repairs needed that when you call the office to get things repaired, they tell you they will be right there and I have been here 3 months already and still have not seen any maintenance personnel come to the door. I cannot wait to get out of this lease! I do not recommend this place to anyone! And I suggest to the owners of this complex to get a new manager because
