Don't rent from them and Don't work for them! Inland Management has been the worst management company in all of my life of nearby 60 years that I have ever encountered they are shameful: it's disgusting how they treat people. They refuse to fix even minor maintenance issues. They fraudulently claim that they're resolved, when in fact they haven't fixed anything. They, in collusion, knowingly, purposely and fraudulently falsify maintenance records. The pool they claim to being part of the amenities available to renters, is a farce. The pool can't be fixed, because the all of the water lines need to be fixed first. To get the pool up and running they would actually have to repair all the water lines from the complex to the cities line, in order to get the pool available for everyone to enjoy

This place has awful management and awful maintenance this place is literal definition of sumlord. If u have family or jus care about how u live this is not the place. I lived there for a fews years and during my time my AC unit broke and it wasn't fixed even after I left. I had a leak in my apartment not only did it take them days to even come look at it the maintenance didn't even fix it. I had to resort to turning the water off jus to stop my leak.

I've lived at this location for several years and am extremely pleased since 4ﾟ took over managing the property! In the past few months we have had renovations to not only the interiors of the apartments but also to the grounds. 4ﾟ seems to manage with kindness and understanding and is always willing to work with residents on any issues.
