Parc on 12th

Everyone in the community was super nice and helpful. They have different decorations per season which makes the vibe of the apartment so cool. They are working so hard to make the place safe and clean. I commend Heather for her great work to keep the cleanliness maintained issues addressed. In addition, maintenance people especially Santiago is very kind and accommodating. We have lived in the apartment for 3 years now, so far last year and this year are the best year we have in the community. Thank you Heather and the team for your great work. More powers to you guys. Hello I just did a tour with Shawntara, and I would love to leave a review. The office looked absolutely beautiful it was decorated with Halloween Decor It was just stunning! Shawntara was so nice and kind to me. The apartments are beautiful and spacious! I had the pleasure of viewing an apartment that had a little backyard where I can garden, and then another apartment where there was a little backyard. I think these apartments are beautiful, and when I did the tour it was very quiet, and that was enjoyable.

We really love the vibe they made here. Our parents from the Philippines had si much fun with the decorations, and ofcourse our kids very much love it.

I already like the new management & staff. So helpful& polite. We have lived here many yrs, I was not sure how this would go with all new management, but the team seems to have it together better. I'm impressed.

I love living here. I appreciate Shawntara. She is very friendly and always ready to help. I am very grateful for Santiago. I slipped and fell and he was their to help me up off the ground and help me walk back to the office.
