Have had several issues that were promptly addressed with sincere concern and resolved quickly and efficiently. From my very first interaction, Shawntara has been incredibly sweet, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcomed and supported. Her extensive knowledge of the property and her willingness to patiently answer all my questions made the entire process, from inquiry to move-in, remarkably smooth and stress-free. No worries, they won’t be around long as they are constantly changing. Do you love waking up in the middle of the night? There are homeless people and tweakers out every night making noise and going through trash. You’ll never sleep through the night again!
