Parc Hill Apartments

After five years of living there, we finally moved out, and I’m grateful to be able to do so. Living there was a nightmare. Every day, the trash compactors were overflowing, and people were parking in my designated parking spot, which I had to pay for. To make matters worse, kids would randomly knock on my door. The only positive aspect of these apartments was the maintenance team. Apart from that, forget about it. The move-out process was interesting. They specified that the apartment needed to be cleaned, so we did. We even rented a carpet cleaner to clean the carpets. A few days before the move-out, I had emailed the leasing office to confirm that the cleaning was required, but they didn’t respond. So, I went ahead and did it. During the two years I lived at this apartment complex, I never had a late payment and maintained a perfect rental history. However, the property management changed multiple times during my tenancy and the organization was extremely disorganized. Before moving out, I personally informed the property manager that I had accepted a new job and needed to relocate. The property manager agreed to my move-out and stated that another tenant was already scheduled to move into the unit the following month. Based on this agreement, I vacated the apartment in good faith. After I moved out, a new property manager apparently took over and incorrectly reported that I broke the lease. Ms Asya in the office has the most patience while working with me when it came to getting approved. The area is great! And when I did my walk through I fell in love. And the maintenance guys were super helpful as well. A little pic view. Thank you for a great experience.

My move in process was awesome. Mr. Nelson was very knowledgeable and phenomenal helped me out with anything needed to be done, also my apartment was very cleaned and everything was working properly. Ms. Hardy was also very professional throughout the process

The maintenance guys were punctual, kind, and did a great job! Had an issue with the a/c they came out inspected and replaced what needed to be done the same day employees here and office personal get 5 stars.
