I'm very impressed with the property maintenance. It is very clean and the neighbors are friendly. Not to mention the manager Kenia Casco. She is very kind, professional, and especially prompt. She's on top of things. I appreciate all her help and hospitality. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.

04/26/24 Starting my apartment hunt, I've talked to a bunch of leasing offices, but this one really stood out. Catrina was super nice and patient, answering all my questions. Since I'm overseas and doing everything online, it's a big deal to feel confident renting without even seeing the place. This spot gives me major peace of mind compared to others I've checked out. Hoping to apply soon and will definitely update if anything changes. Right now, it's a solid 10/10. Kinda scratching my head at those bad reviews, but fingers crossed I won't be disappointed. 05/01/24 New update. Just dropped a star due to the struggle getting basic questions answered. The application process may take longer than expected in some cases. Personally, I had specific circumstances regarding the 6 month continuous employment requirement. I also had no rental history and was charged $400 which is unrefundable. I was informed of the extra fee the day I went to sign my lease and it was part of the deposit. I don't like surprises like this, but I fell in love with the property. I like being a resident here because it's quiet, peaceful, and very well kept.
