Beware!! Just business owners wanting your money. The staff members are never in the office when you need them. They’d be smoking cigarettes while driving their golf carts around the neighborhood even when the rules say that smoking is only allowed in designated areas. There a ton of roaches during the warm months and birds live inside the top of the houses. Expect to pay $1600+ for 1 bedroom when maintenance either ignores or completes your request without actually doing the work. They have way too many stupid rules and still expects us to pay the rent when the heater/water/ or something important breaks and takes forever to get fixed.

Pathetic maintenance system with no accountability at all! I am a current resident. Been here for 1.5 months and truly regret living here. Multiple issues have occurred since we moved in. Latest one and most frustrating one is that heat hasn’t been working in the apartment for last 4 days and they have not taken any steps to fix the issue. I created a maintenance request 4 days ago and have been adding comments to it but no response at all. Sent emails to property manager and maintenance team but still no response from them. To make it worse, they closed the service request without even checking with us if the issue has been resolved or not. For the record, the issue still stands. My son and daughter rented apartments there last year and they are always without heat and hot water. They pay on time and get little response from management to resolve this issue, plus other problems not being addressed. It is 0 degrees and this is totally unacceptable. We will take this further either with Township, local council or news media, if we have to. This is a dangerous situation. Renters will get space heaters or heat by their ovens and next thing you’ll have a fire and lose not only property, but maybe lives. We are experiencing extreme weather conditions and this is not acceptable!

I just moved in today, and my experience so far has been great. The application process was smooth and it was a pleasure to working with Elizabeth. Today when I came to pick up my keys I saw someone else and she was a dear to work with. I'm really sorry that I don't remember her name, but I felt welcomed, and she made me feel like I was really home. Thanks to the team at Parc at West Point.

This place is charging an exorbitant amount to live under sub-par conditions. I have certain expectations when I spend this much money on an apartment. The gym is terrible, nobody wants to pay amenities for that nonsense. The pool is small and not maintained. Staff are difficult to contact, creating a very costly late fee due to lack of communication, but I'll take that one me. There is constant construction and people moving in and out, it's hard to sleep in on a weekend. I want to be fair to this place, and the location is very nice. However, I cannot let you be mislead, I had bugs entering my apartment because the bottom of the kickboard of the cabinetry was open and bugs entered. I eliminated with my own means because the pest control came and put paper traps and not a spray. I'm not t
