Hunt Club Apartments

I am a former tenant who made good-faith efforts to resolve ongoing issues with Hunt Club Apartments through normal management channels and, later, through the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General’s Bureau of Consumer Protection. The Attorney General’s office attempted voluntary mediation; however, Hunt Club Apartments declined to resolve the matter, and mediation ended in an impasse. As a result, no further action was taken by the AG. I am not pursuing litigation. My purpose in posting this review is simply to document my experience so that prospective tenants can make informed decisions. Communication was inconsistent, and resolution ultimately required outside intervention that did not lead to an outcome. I recommend that anyone considering this property ask detailed questions in

I have been dealing with a long standing issue, and Mark, and especially Meleek!, addressed the problem with professionalism and kindness from the very beginning. They were knowledgeable, respectful and consistently maintained a clean work area - true gentlemen in every sense. I appreciate their dedication to troubleshooting the issue and completing the work

Steve and Meleek are super; they're attentive, competent and pleasant. The 16th of this month will be a year since I moved here; they've been consistently reliable throughout. Service requests are responded to rapidly and capably. Moreover, Meleek helpfully walked me through some tips with today's Internet outage; I learned things that will help me in the future to cope with such situations. And Steve, who I understand has been here for decades and knows every nook and cranny of this place, showed up with a handmade step this past Friday afternoon to lessen the depth between the floor and the patio when I had only asked a question about measuring the area earlier that day. Kudos also to Ray for helping with that. I'm appreciative, thankful and grateful for their work.

Once again, the maintenance crew at Hunt Club Apartments provided a very quick and satisfying solution to my request. The staff here really cares and it’s a wonderful place to live. Ray Was courteous and efficient in solving the problem, thanks Ray!

I have been looking for a new place to move to. Stopped by for a second visit. Was given a tour by Sabrina. Showed me both a 2 bedroom and a1 bedroom apartment. Answered all my questions and we discussed the finances. Very pleasant to talk to.
