Sorry state of a Luxury Apartment :( Please read through if you really care about where you move in. The property looks pretty from outside. But when you actually look under the hood, the so called “LUXURY” apartment reveals its true colours. CAUTION: Their model units are totally deceptive. In spite of repeated requests they didn’t show me the unit before moving in. Apparently I moved into a full renovated unit. VERY NOISE UNITS: Their Air Conditioning system is out dated and it creates hell a lot of noise both inside the unit and outside the unit day and night. You can't even have a peaceful sleep because of the sound. See the video I have attached below. The management thinks this is normal. NOT SURE HOW A NORMAL HUMAN BEING WITH FULL SENSE CAN ACCEPT THIS AS NORMAL. IF YOU ARE P

I’m a former resident of Avenel and was excited about the opportunity to move back to a place I had fond memories of. Unfortunately, while the staff were kind, the overall process was marked by ongoing issues. One problem after another arose. Despite reserving a specific unit three months in advance, placing a significant deposit, and adjusting my move-in date twice to accommodate repairs, I was never able to see the physical unit that was supposedly being held. Just days before my thrice-confirmed move-in date, I was informed that the unit would not be ready indefinitely and was instead offered a third-floor unit rather than the second-floor unit I had reserved. If you are looking for an excellent place to reside in North Wales, this is the place. Not only is management excellent, professional and caring, but their maintenance staff is excellent too. I can honestly say that any time I've had an issue, maintenance would come over immediately and not only educate me about the problem, but they addressed it right then and there. This is a wonderful community to be a part of. I've lived here since 2023 and will admit it wasn't always this way but it is now, since changes were made. I highly recommend this complex!

My wife and I were told that we got approved for an apartment and given a move in date of today December 18th. When we arrived to get our keys and sign a lease we were told we did not get the apartment. We had already signed up for renters insurance, light, and cable for the new place. No one contacted us prior to our arrival and they know we are relocating from NJ. On top of the lack of communication the property manager refused to speak to us. We were told “she’s in meetings all day” Needless to say we felt dismiss and disrespected.

I have more positive then negative. We lived here for about 8years. Great neighborhood and easy access to turnpike. Quiet surroundings. Office staff is professional and efficient. On site maintenance excellent and we had to call for everything, plumbing, air conditioning, stove, ants, leak from upstairs, dryer. They were prompt and efficient. Pool is great. Work out area needs some help. Size of rooms and storage great. My only complaints to keep in mind is you can hear between floors. Whether on the top or bottom. If you sing in the shower or talk loud, we hear you. If you have heavy feet, we hear you. So if your schedule doesn’t go with tenets above or below you, you may be annoyed, or woken at night from the noise. You also hear dogs running across the floor and barking. Just be
