Luxor Montgomeryville is a beautiful and friendly, welcoming community. Will recommend to anyone looking for a special place in this area. The units are spacious, everything has a modern look, and the amenities make everyday fun with possibility. Westrum properties really does a great job managing the building. The mgmt crew seemed to really enjoy decorating for the winter holiday seasons this year and made it fun for residents. The residents know how to have good times too. Totally recommend!

The Luxor is a must see if you are looking for an apartment in the area. When you first enter the building, you feel like you are walking into a luxury hotel. The main lobby has a common area with games, a coffee bar, and seating. I thought this was such a cool touch and unlike any other common space I've seen in an apartment building. The outdoor space is beautiful and an ideal space to enjoy nice weather. It's private, has plenty of seating and a pool. The apartments themselves are gorgeous. They have tall ceilings, huge windows with lots of natural light, and lots of open space. I love the layout of the apartments. The floor plan flows well and makes the space feel huge. I cannot say enough about these apartments! When you walk in you feel like you’re entering a Center City hotel. It’s absolutely beautiful. The amenities are exceptional! From the gym, to the pool area, to the common area. Top to bottom, it blew my mind. All of the over the top experience of a 5 star hotel without the over the top prices. And the location is excellent as well. Easy access to Philly, Doylestown and all points north on 309. I highly recommend Luxor Montgomeryville!
