My daughter and I had a great experience here. We were here for 4 1/2 years and made life time friends who are now family. We will always cherish our memories we have from our little place.

Do no rent here unless you wanna a pay $1000 on a studio.plus the will raise your rent every year,you pay water sewage and garbage.i been here for 6 yrs and had my rent lowered and was not notified so I been over paying on rent and they just roll it over to the next month.people don't clean up after there dogs and all the security cameras do not work.you can put up mess screens to keep bugs out and no ring doorbells.not all apartments have peep holes.you won't get deposits back and all repairs are your responsibility. No maintenence person on site just a landscaper.dont waste you deposit.

I was very thankful to have a studio here because the price was the cheapest in town. However, this apartment complex is hands down the WORST place I’ve ever lived and the worst managed complex I’ve been with. The manager Obalin is never in the office, never answers the phone and takes days to reply to emails if she replies at all. I moved out recently and the management is illegally withholding my deposit. Lived here for a year and a half and never paid my rent late. It’s now been 37 days since i moved out and I have not received my deposit back, which I was promised I would get back within no more then 21 days. Every time I've asked for her bosses number she won’t give it to me. Something is up here because this is absurd! Never had this issue with any other rental. I’ve contacted a smal

It's an okay place to stay. The major challenges will be that the Landlord is unreachable and frustratingly difficult to find, call, get a hold of or be in any form of communication with. She doesn't answer the phone, her office hours do not exist. I lived there three-ish years and I only have ever gotten a call back from her ONCE and have maybe seen her in person less than ten times. Other than that challenge, I will say its affordable and as long as you aren't there with a kid, or a large space consuming pet its an okay place to live. Roaches at times can be a problem, but for the price lets not expect perfect. If you are say a student wanting something affordable, private, and close to the school, I say go for it. Just be prepared for the difficulties.

Obalin is the sweetest person. She helped me and my family get approved for an apartment. I highly recommend her and the palms apartments. Quiet and safe place to live in.
