I usually don’t write reviews, but considering Isaac’s exceptional service, I felt the need to do so. Isaac is one of the best maintenance worker. He is very professional with his job and responsible. He is very polite and tries to solve the problem as soon as he can. I really appreciate him and wish him the best.

DO NOT EVER RENT HERE!!! THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE!!! We previously lived in another Irvine Company community and never experienced anything like this. The apartment was completely unprepared and uninhabitable from day one! This violates California habitability laws — and the leasing office simply ignores it. Here’s just a short list of what we faced: 1. Ant infestation. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms are swarming with ants crawling out of cracks everywhere. We cannot cook or eat. Our small child cries every night because ants crawl on her body — she is terrified. We are forced to order food from restaurants. Who will cover these extra costs? 2. Broken appliances. The dishwasher was defective and leaked the very first time we used it, flooding the floor and ruining ou

We lived at Palmeras Apartments for 4 years. We found the complex to be extremely well maintained and in a great convenient location. The apartment had everything we needed, we especially enjoyed our own garage and washer and dryer in the unit. The move in and out process went smoothly and communication was great. We received most of our deposit back, minus the cleaning fee (which we expected, as we left the apartment clean, but we aren't professional cleaners). Yes, each summer there was a small ant issue, but we have found that to be the case every summer in California.

Isaac from the Irvine Company maintenance team at Palmeras has been absolutely outstanding! He quickly addressed every issue in our apartment with professionalism, skill, and a great attitude. Not only did he take care of everything thoroughly, but he also made sure we were comfortable with the results before wrapping up. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor really stood out. We truly appreciate his hard work and dedication.

I had an unprofessional experience when I called Palmera Apartments in Irvine with a simple question. Lizzy answered the phone and said she was busy and that no one was available to help at that time. The lack of clear communication and willingness to assist was already frustrating. She later called me after office hours, which made me uncomfortable, especially since I did not give out my private phone number and do not know how it was obtained. During the call, instead of addressing my original question calmly and professionally, her tone was dismissive and confrontational, which is not appropriate for someone representing apartment management. Even if the office is understaffed, basic professionalism, respectful communication, and proper boundaries should still be maintained. Overall, th
