We were first time home buyers, The lack of communication and unprofessionalism took the joy out of owning our first home. To add insult to injury the first night in our home things started falling apart. The Roof siding around the entire house had to be replaced and the cable outlet was placed on the wrong side of the house.. Honestly if we could of gotten our down payment of 11k back we would of walked away from buying a house with KFH. In regards to the response I should call in . When we moved in I had to call every single day from the water leaking every where to the electrical a d HVAC issues. Some one only came to patch it up. Three!! Years later certain outlets STILL DONT WORK, there are so many cracks its countless. The guess room toilet and my daughter toilet is always clogg
