Palm Terrace Urban Resort Living

I am a former resident from 2.5 years ago and will give an honest review to help anyone considering moving here. Pros: well maintained property, beautiful landscaping, awesome maintenance staff. They were always on point to get things repaired.Juan is an absolute gem! Modern apartment, clean , spacious. I loved my outside patio. I also loved the gym and the rec room you can reserve for free. Never used the pool but there were always unsupervised kids running wild in there. Cons: some areas of the complex are trash! Unruly tenants, smoking weed, loud parties, etc. I had to move to a new unit because mine was infested with roaches inside and flies outside! In spite of pest control. Beautiful complex!! Family friendly, clean, and professional. The office ladies are friendly and very understanding but also strict and firm. They keep this place up to standards for sure. Maintenance team very friendly and experienced. They know what they are doing and they come out right away. Huge property and great large team of workers. There landscape is upgrading and it looks awesome! They got lemon, lime, oranges, grapefruit trees people just get them and take them home. So out of concord experience. Top top for me as I love nature.

I have lived here for three years now and it has been wonderful! Friendly and professional office staff! Professional maintenance team. The property is always clean and taken care of. I have never had neighbor issues or parking issues. Office staff enforces parking regulations to ensure available guest parking for everyone which I really appreciate! I had a terrible experience with my previous landlord and I am so happy to have found this place. Thank you palm terrace for allowing me to call this place home!

Affordable, beautiful landscaping, extremely quick maintenance responses. Remodeled units are nice. Currently $2550 for a 2BR with 1000sq ft as of 2025.

I lived in this complex for 4 years !! Everyone living inside the complex is smooth. No issues. Everyone stays in their lane. I love the maintenance guys!! They’ve always been solid! Molly as a manager was TRASH!
