Palm Lake

I can’t help but appreciate the wonderful staff members. Especially Kimberly! Her and both Brian had helped accommodate our experiences during our stay at Palm Lake Apartment Homes and made us feel like at home. Thank you guys for everything! I highly recommend everything this place has to offer!

These 5 stars go to Javier De Los Santos, he went beyond his responsibilities, I was moving from Orange County to Concord, it was a long drive and Javier knew I was tired and even it was 7am on a Saturday he opened the office and helped me with the paperwork to be able to move in, other managers would’ve told me to wait until 9am, those two hours helped me to get some rest that I really needed. The apartment is very cozy and I am glad to call my new home…

It's livable if you don't care about really old apartments. Frequent breakdowns. Water outages. And yes bed bugs, and you will be charged for the treatment. Other then that location is good. Updating my review after the managemnt change. Much improved and responsive. Things are getting better.

When we left the hotel we washed the carpet and wiped everything clean and they did not pay us for cleaning and washing the carpet in order not to give us the deposit we paid and they asked for more money. The corridors were infested with cockroaches and ants. Despite telling them many times they did not take care of it.

This is the 3rd time I’m renewing my lease at Palm Lake. A huge shoutout to Niche and Kimberly for being such a great help for my lease transfer process. I need to travel internationally for a month or so, and they’ve been super helpful with everything. They’ve both gone above and beyond in listening to my concerns and providing the best services I could have ever imagined for. As an immigrant, I’ve rented many apartments all over the US and Palm Lake, by far, is the best. I’ve been lucky to find this gem of a place. For as long as I live in Concord, I’ll keep renewing my lease with them. Beautiful sunset view, so many palm trees, birds chirping in my balcony eating the food I put out for them and the amazing lake view are some of my favorite memories from living here, filling my apartmen
