We came to Palm harbor not holding our breath after a bad experience with clayton homes, and as soon as we stepped foot inside our lives changed! Colton went above and beyond to help make our dream come true. When I say he fought tooth and nail to get us the best loan, I mean it 100% !! The management team also helped with getting everything squared away. Here we are with the house already on the property and Colton is still answering our questions when we ask. Thank you Colton and Palm harbor for changing our lives and helping plant our roots in the countryside of Thomasonville,Texas!

I love this place Josh and the whole crew at Palm Harbor in Seguin made my dreams come true. It’s been a long hard road. I’ve been trying for over two years to get a place And today’s the day it finally happened. I appreciate them so much. They did so much to help me make this happen. They are the best.

Very poor build quality, their are literally 100’s of imperfections that they would be fixed after the house has been set. Trim doesn’t cover lines that were drawn on walls during construction. Both bath tubs leaked, the shower doors weren’t caulked. There’s not one room with all the trim properly installed. Back door doesn’t close without twisting the nob. We even had lights that had not been wired in. They sent a repair man that walked in with a hammer and nails that go in a nail gun. Water damage in guest bedroom ceiling.

The team at the Seguin Palm Harbor Homes has made my experience an excellent one! I was helped every step of the way with how knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating they have been to any of my questions. And I ask a lot of questions. I highly recommend, getting out there to check it out if you are interested personalizing your own new home. There are so many options! The process to get the home on my land and liveable was all organized by their operations team. They kept me well informed and answered ALL of my questions I had through til the end and even after.
