Palisades at Stones Bay Apartments

Awesome living experience, friendly neighbors, and very knowledgeable staff. These palisades were my home during a stressful time in my life. From returning home from deployment, light nights at work, and transitioning out of the military. I could always find comfort and peace back at home. My favorite part was coming back to using the gym at night. Loved 💕being within walking distance of a place I could workout. The cozy outdoor hammocks next to pool, to the pickle ball courts, or the spacious front lobby with kitchen and TV make for good place to relax for a moment when getting off work. The staff helped me through a lot of difficult times. Overall 10/10 recommend to anyone who’s looking to stay in the Sneads Ferry area. I am thoroughly enjoying my experience living at Palisades at Stones Bay! The ladies in the leasing office have been so helpful whenever I have any needs or concerns. The community here is friendly, and my pups love it here as well! All the facilities are clean and well maintained. My apartment is in one of the oldest buildings here, but you can’t tell. It’s still so clean and new-feeling. I've never had any hunch that they are cutting any corners. This seriously feels like I live in vacation :)

This is the best property I’ve ever lived! If I could give 6 stars I would. The staff are always responsive and kind, maintenance requests are handled fast, mail room is very well organized and the property is maintained very well. This is a great community for kids as well. Awesome pool, workout area and gazebo for grilling with friends. Thanks so much Erica and the rest of the staff for making this such a great place to live for 3 years! Miss yall already.

Palisades is an amazing community. Highly recommend. We have lived here for 4 years and have no regrets. Ginger is awesome. My grandkids absolutely love coming to visit ❤️
