There were many issues with the beach house that I reported and they mostly addressed after several discussions with the company owner. We ask that there was some compensation for major issues ( air conditioner failure in several areas) and the other concerns which they took to the owner. He was not very concerned that 2 of the 8 bedrooms were 80+ degrees ect. and offered . Very disappointed with the owner but thank you for reaching out to him!

Coastal Premier Properties was a completely professional and lovely experience. If I had a beach house, I’d have them manage it. I was so pleased with the home when my family showed up and any questions I had were answered quickly and with great staff interaction! Thank you!!!

I am not sure why this company only has a 3.7 star review. They Manage our Beachfront home and they do a fantastic job keeping it clean, and maintenance issues addressed. They are nice to work with and want to make sure your vacation is perfect.
