The lack of response from Maven is the reason I’m writing this review. As a property management company, it is literally your job to maintain your properties, and Maven failed at every turn. We booked a 12-day stay at one of Maven’s properties in Sneads Ferry via Airbnb for nearly $3,000. My family traveled from out of state and arrived at 10:30pm, only to find that the home was not ready for guests. All three beds had dirty linens covered in animal hair and urine -- disgusting. On top of that, the AC was completely inoperable, and the emergency maintenance number provided went unanswered.
